We use our expertise to improve the help available and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health so that more people can get support.
What we’re looking for
Someone to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative, reception, secretarial support function to the service. To proactively support the smooth running of the administrative functions within the service including mainly the manning of reception on a rota basis, sending letters, Record Keeping, Input on Nebula, Finance, payment of invoices and expenses, petty cash function, processing paperwork, minute taking, diary management etc.

This a full time, fixed term role for 37.5 hours per week for maternity leave cover (approximately 12 months). You will be based in the Coops building, Wigan WN1 1HR, however travel across the Borough to our Leigh offices may be required from time to time. Late night working on a Wednesday or Thursday until 7pm may be required sometimes on a rota basis.
