Our Young Persons service in Stoke has an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as a Young Persons Worker.
You must be motivated to work as part of a diverse team and understand the importance of communicating with your line manager and extended team members.
What we’re looking for
As a Young Persons Practitioner you will be positive and motivated, you will be an outstanding communicator, and possess excellent skills as a team player. You will also be results driven, highly organised with excellent time management skills.
You will have an understanding of the impact that substance misuse can have on people's lives, and ideally you will have experience of working with young people.
You will also embody the guiding principles of We Are With You - Collaborative, Ethical, Inspiring, Resilient, Self-Challenging whilst adhering to We Are With You policies and procedures

This a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours per week.
