We are With You are looking for Business Development Partners to join our NBCR team - New Business and Contract Team.
We want experienced business development professionals or individuals with comparable and/or transferrable experience, to drive forward our strategy and ambition to develop and grow our services to reach more people.
We are one of the UK’s largest substance misuse and mental health charities providing services since 1967 (formally as Addaction). We believe everyone should feel comfortable getting the support they need and we design and deliver our services to achieve this. Our range of services include community and prison substance misuse, recovery services, community link workers, complex needs services, and children and young people’s services.
Responsibilities
Joining our national team of business development partners, bid writers and regional directorates means you’ll be taking on a key leadership role in the design and delivery of successful tenders.

The role
Working as part of the New Business and Contract Retention Team, you’ll be embedded in one of our 5 regional areas. You will have joint responsibility, alongside the Regional Director of Services, for retaining existing contracts and winning new business opportunities, and be responsible for leading all aspects of the tender process.
You will lead and work collaboratively with a tender team that includes Directors of Services, clinicians, bid writers and departmental leads to develop service models, budgets and partnerships for tenders.

As a team, we work flexibly to meet business needs; usually available during core business hours. When normal travel resumes, you should expect UK travel, overnight on occasions. We offer flexible working within the team to accommodate this and balance work and life commitments.

Both roles are full time for 37.5 hours per week.
